This solution should also be able to log, categorise phone calls, categorise text, emails etc (either in date order, contacts etc.), archive, remote store all events and interaction on the phone. This system should also be able to playback previous recordings or recall data previously stored/archive. The solution must have some form of encryption solution in place to encryption stored/archived data/recordings or provide end-2-end encryption in conversation.
The solution should also have a customer/user portal for users to log into to manage their account. The system should be able to setup separate companies/department to manage their in-house company-issued mobile. This should be scalable in that, it should be able to cope with thousands of users/mobile.
