Office Assistant with a "can-do" attitude and Immediate availability
Small-scale enterprise with German/UK/US background is looking for a full time assistant to our development team in Hong Kong
We will expect excellent experience with MS Excel, good research skills and basic knowledge of small business bookkeeping
Initiative, flexibility and a "can do" attitude will be crucial.
Handling of various excel workbooks
Administration and set-up of various online accounts
Development of workflows and user manuals
Processing of ingoing receipts and documents
Assistance to the management on small projects
Performing of ad-hoc tasks as required
Providing of general office support
Assumed general skill set:
Fluent command of English,
Good understanding of written Chinese
Proficiency in using MS Windows, Office and common cloud applications
Ability to multi-task, prioritise work load, perform in a fast paced environment
