I need to build a website/database that will combine off the shelf chat support software (LiveAgent or one of a dozen like it), with a database of common questions and responses. So if a customer clicks on the LiveChat help button, and asks, "how do I reset my password", and a real customer service agent responds via chat, "click on the link [obscured] /loginhelp.com", that question/response pair will be stored in the database. The next time someone asks "how do I reset my password", the stored response is AUTOMATICALLY GIVEN. So the system learns responses to the questions over time. The database will need to support multiple chat clients storing and retrieving Q&A pairs simultaneously. If someone writes something that isn't a question, the human will ask them to rephrase it as a question.
