I need a schematic designed, with a Bill of Materials for a simple circuit that can heat a heating element to 385 degrees Farenheit.
-Circuit must run on 8.4V DC Li-ion battery
-On/Off Switch with LED indicator
-Use of Nichrom wire that will reach a temperature of about 385 degress F
-A thermal cutoff that will activate at around 450 degrees F

Addendum: The exact voltage of the battery that the circuit runs off is not a requirement.
What is a requirement is that the circuit must run off of any combination of off the shelf rechargable AA batteries.
