I have a public relations and tourism consulting business. We work with smaller destinations to promote visitation to their area. The majority of our clients are non-profit destination marketing organizations in the Southeast. We connect travel media and the destinations, coordinating on-site visits resulting in articles. We also put together cooperative sales programs. A new product is an online media room for which we need assistance in coordinating the tasks and contracts.
I need a well-organized, efficient person that will quickly understand the tasks, carry them out in a timely manner and possibly grow to assisting with writing contracts and implementing the components of the contracts such as scheduling the online payments and keeping the contractors on schedule.
