We need users to be able to log helpdesk requests via our SHORTCODE number. The system must reply with the ticket number once the request has been logged in WHMCS.
System must read incoming CELL number and match it to client in WHMCS under support ticket tab WHMCS.
If possible to reply to the ticket via SMS or EMAIL. System must use our shortcode to reply.
Basically creating a SMS Based Module WHMCS help desk system. So if the users email is unavailable the user can log support requests via SMS to WHMCS
