I am looking for somone that can take a hard bound book and type all of the contact information from the book to an excel file:
You will need to be able to type quickly and accurately and put all of the information into a working excel file. Below is how I would like to have the header row set up with contact info filled in on each account listed.
Company Name 2 (if aplicable)
Address 2(if applicable)
Phone 2 (if applicable)
This job entails approximately 60,000 contacts that need to be moved over to an excel file. I will need the person awarded for this job to send me approximately 500 out of the 60,000 every week.
What will be provided to you is a copy of the hard bound book that I will send you but will need sent back.
Again, this person needs to have Microsoft Office experience, specifically excel, pay close attention to detail.
