New start up company looking for someone to create excel spreadsheet of contacts from scanned business cards and maintain.
We currently have no system in place for shared contacts due to waiting on Google Apps to add this feature; looking for possible cloud solutions. Open to discussion.
Proficient in excel, Google Apps. Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Need to be available for Skype communication between 9am-5pm US Pacific Time.
This project is a test to see whether we would be a good fit for working together in the future. There could possibly be other projects and Virtual Assistant duties (scheduling, sorting emails) available depending on how this project works out. Looking for an experienced virtual assistant, backed by a team, a firm or a small group of virtual assistants, to build a long-term relationship.
