The HR generalist is responsible for providing proactive support, direction and advice to E.ON Climate and Renewable North America (EC&R NA) managers and employees on HR practices to facilitate in achieving the objectives of the organization.
The HR generalist acts as both a strategic and tactical HR business partner in the implementation and coordination of policies and programs covering: recruiting, compensation and benefits, training, employee relations, diversity, HR procedures, policies, best practices and federal, state and industry specific employment standards.
The HR generalist updates and maintains HR policies and the employee handbook as required along with assisting and providing counsel with regards to promotions, career development, handling terminations, retirements, and other daily employee life cycle actions and requests.
