The person that I originally had format this document made several errors. As before, please be sure that all of the headings are numerated properly and linked throughout the document as well as a working table of contents. I made several comments throughout for your reference, please remove these as you make the corrections. Please don't remove comments D15-19 which reference researching current tax code, that is an internal reference that needs to stay in the document. I also asked you to link a number and word together throughout the document. In case you don't know how, you just replace the space between the the word and the number, then simultaneously press CTRL/SHIFT/ Space Bar. This needs to be done for ever reference to "Section", "Article", "Exhibit", or "Table" throughout the document. Please also underline. I gave examples in the document.
