We would like to have a customer support representative personally follow up with customers that have placed an order with us. To facilitate that, we need a webpage that displays a list of the orders we've received in reverse-chronological order. Each order should have a checkbox that, when checked, marks it as replied, and removes it from the list.
Our orders are stored in a MySQL database, and it probably makes the most sense to just extend the orders table with a 'replied' field and use that table to dynamically generate and filter the results. The actual dataset we'll want to display in the list (customer name, email, items ordered, etc), can probably be generated from a single relatively simple query statement.
This doesn't need to be fancy or pretty. It's an in-house tool that we'd like to experiment with, so a full feature set isn't needed (or wanted). Just a list of orders with a checkbox that can make them disappear. The webpage would ideally be coded in PHP, and ut...
