Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a leading application for managing relationships and contacts. We are planning to utilise the application as a ticketing solution which would effectively allow our clients to raise support tickets via a web based application and to trace the ticket lifecycle from submission to resolution.
The ticketing system should further integrate into traditional services which CRM offers out of the box, allowing us to keep track of our clients, relationships and opportunities and to further allow us generate advanced reports.
The work includes the entire software development lifecycle for design, configuration, customization, integration and support of Dynamics CRM. We may also require the need to integrate other Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint & Project into MS CRM.
