Looking for someone to develop a custom excel report template that automatically calculates cost savings on purchases from suppliers. The report will compare the line item prices we have negotiated with our vendors on several thousand items with the historical prices paid for the same items in order to calculate a dollar savings amount for each item. The report will need to be able to generate exceptions, i.e. identifying items that have no historical price.
This report will be used by cost savings consultants on dozens of expense categories to calculate cost savings on a monthly basis for their clients.
