Cloud9 Support is looking for several Customer Experience Managers to proactively work with our customers to optimize their customer experience with our support organization. This position is for 40 hours per week at $20/hr and hours will be billed primarily from 8am to 8pm EST (US Eastern Time Zone), as most of our customers operate during this time period.
In order to be successful, a candidate must:
Proactively manage customers and anticipate issues before they are escalated;
Host monthly calls with our top customers to understand their needs and improve our customer service;
Have excellent relationship management, change management and leadership skills;
Have excellent written and spoken English; and
A customer support and/or technical support background is preferred.
