We are a internet auction website based in San Francisco, CA. Our revenues have exceeded $1M+ revenue and we have been in business running for over 3 years. Position is open indefinitely, initial contract is a trial period for 12 weeks.
We're looking for a Customer Service Agent. Requires monitoring once a day, 24 hour email and shipping response time.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email within 24 hours
- Help ship items to customers within 24 hours
- Help add new listing to our auctions
- Individuals only, no companies please.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including proper spelling and grammar
- Microsoft Outlook
- A complete Elance profile and 4+ star rating
- College / University Degree or Equivalent
- Based in US / Canada
- References or an established reputation on Elance preferred
