We will soon be launching an online marketplace for Sellers and Buyers of a niche market. We are looking for a skilled writer to create a Customer Service Guide for our Sellers to skill them in the art of handling customers, inquiries, communication, troubleshooting, damage control, and all other matters that could come into play when dealing with Buyers online.
This piece should be easy to absorb and understand - small, digestable pieces of information that convey the importance of handling customers with the utmost care and consideration. Can be broken up into different sections with headers or different articles. Some points that should be addressed (but certainly not limited to the following list) are:
