- Your call center staff must have neutral accents, experience with American prospects and experience up selling products.
- Must have professional writing skills (no grammar or spelling errors)
- Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and Word

Must answer calls from 9-5:30 Pacific time (US) - Monday to Friday
or 6 am - 2:30 Pacific time (US) - Monday to Friday
Your call center staff will:
- Take phone orders in (enter order in our online store)
- Handle refund ( issue return authorization number + update refund sheet)
- Answer question about our products (how to use it, what's the difference between)
- Assist customer with tracking of an order
- Reply emails within 90 minutes
- Call back customer when they have left a voice message
- Update order in the shopping cart
- Must be able to finish the phone conversation within 20 minutes
