*Must have an excellent command of written English
*Must have excellent typing skills and internet access
*Must have the ability to work with patience and courtesy. Responding appropriately to all email requests
*Must have strong organizational skills
*Must have strong problem solving skills with a sense of urgency
*Must have the ability to absorb new information easily and implement it
*Must be able to research requests promptly
*Ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1-2 years in Customer Support
* Understand and use Gmail
*If you are familiar with the "self-help" industry that's a plus
Hours are flexible 20-30 per week able to work from home.
Pay is approximately $250 monthly (US dollars)
