We're looking for a Customer Service Agent. Someone with strong written and verbal communication skills. This position will also require an individual with strong decision making skills and the ability to think and act independently. We run a few websites that receive e-mail support, and we would like help running and maintaining the customer service. We currently have no projected end time for this position.
- Customer Service Agent
- Respond to customer inquiries via email: Evaluate, trouble-shoot and follow-up on customer issues.
- Respond to each ticket within 24-48 hours
- Daily work load is usually 1-2 hours. Sometimes longer due to more ticket volume.
- Send weekly reports on what happened during the week
- Communicating with us over Skype to talk about training and ongoing feedback discussions
