Seeking additional Customer Service representative to respond to clients in chat room using LiveChat software and handle administrative tasks. Work schedule will be Monday through Saturday during Pacific Daylight business hours 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Standard Time. We require 100% availability during work hours and communication via Skype, in exchange you can work from where-ever you have a strong connection to the Internet. Please do not propose alternate time schedules, your proposals will be rejected.
All candidates must have impeccable written and spoken English skills, and able to be trained on basic websites, project managment tools, client relationship software, sales techniques, and handle basic chat support. Additional tasks include light data entry, and basic site administration tasks when not active in chats with clients. Training will be provided as needed.
