2) Answer the office phones on weekends. You'll have a list of topics, and a contact for each topic. You can text the member of the team that the call applies to, and they can decide if it can be handled the following busienss day (in which case you'd call them back and tell them we'll be with them on Monday and email us the person's contact info) or if they can/should call the person back immediately. Or it might be a question that can be answered simply, by you.
3) Call our new clients and introduce yourself and our company, give them that "warm fuzzy" feeling and let them know that you'll be acting as a concierge on behalf of our company. You will follow up with them every 4 weeks or so, just to ensure that good customer service is being provided to them and that they're happy with the way that their transaction is being handled.
You'll have access to our internet/cloud-based contact management software at any time, so you'll be able to see our notes about all clients/files...
