We sell auto parts on 4 separate ebay stores, Amazon, NewEgg, Buy.com, our website and other internet sales channels. Automated systems handle the order processing for over 200 orders shipped every day.
Our business works exclusively with contract employees outside the US. We currently have contract staff in India, Pakistan, Poland, and the Philippines.
Position involves responding to inbound customer support inquiries via web based email processing. Currently, no live chat, and very little phone support needed. Must have an aptitude to respond to inquires in writing. The person we hire will need to quickly develop the ability to connect order information between our proprietary order management system, ebay, amazon, our suppliers online systems, FedEx, USPS, & UPS online shipment tracking.
