We are a growing telecommunications company requiring a skilled customer support agent in the UK. This is a virtual, full-time position.
We're looking for an outgoing customer service professional with excellent verbal, written, and computer skills. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to self-manage are essential.
Job Description and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist UK-based customers (and occasionally US-based customers) through the ordering process, and answer questions related to service, packages, and pricing. This person will also address customer concerns with existing orders.
• Must have verifiable experience in customer service. Sales experience is a plus.
• Must be a native English speaker. British dialect is a plus.
• Must be available between 9am and 5pm GMT to answer calls, emails, and support chats.
• Must have computer with high speed internet access and an audio headset with microphone.
