GTeam FZ LLC requires all candidates to complete a 1 week test assignment as part of our interview process. You will be paid for the test assignment ONLY if we decide to hire you based on the test assignment results. If we decide not to hire you, there will be no payment made. The GTeam FZ LLC Customer Support Manager (CSM) role pays $15/hr ($750 fixed price payment if your trial performance leads to a successful hire). Please note that we require signup or an existing affiliation with an approved staffing and payment platform that charges a percentage fee on your gross earnings that will impact your net payment. There are two types of CSMs: Customer Support Managers and Technical Customer Support Managers. Each GTeam FZ LLC support team includes a CSM, TCSM, Level 1 agents and Level 2 agents. The Customer Support Manager manages the Level 1 staff and activities, while the Technical Customer Support Manager manages the Level 2 support staff and their activities. The requirements for a GTeam FZ LLC Customer Support Manager are the following: Customer Support and/or Software Support Experience - All candidates must be well versed in current customer support and/or software support practices and tools including: ticket handling, troubleshooting, virtual environments and issue tracking. Management Experience - All candidates must have: change management skills; project management skills; leadership skills; and experience leading a team of at least 5 staff. Additionally, the following requirements apply to all support positions: Communication Skills - In order to effectively communicate with our customers, all candidates for support positions must have excellent written and verbal communications skills. All support staff who interact directly with customers are required to be fluent in English. Dynamic Work Environment - All candidates must be able to work successfully in an environment where our core support systems and processes are continuously improved over time Work Hours / Schedule - This job is only offered on a Full Time basis (40 hrs/wk). Customer Support teams work primarily US Eastern work hours (8am to 6pm), as this is when most of our customers are available. You will be required to work primarily during these work hours and any alternative scheduling will need to be approved by your direct supervisor. Qualification for this role begins with an unpaid testing phase where candidates are required to provide verifiable identification, complete online skills testing, and attend a brief Skype video interview. The testing phase lasts for no more than a week, and highly motivated candidates can complete all requirements of the testing phase within a few hours. Candidates who pass our testing phase will be offered a one week fixed price trial assignment. Candidates who successfully complete our trial assignment within the given time frame will be offered the full time position at 40 hrs/wk at the jobs hourly rate. Those who show progress and dedication during the trial phase but fail to complete the assignment successfully may be offered an alternate position within GTeam FZ LLC. GTeam FZ LLC will make you fixed price offer to begin the testing phase. Detailed instructions for completing the testing phase will be sent promptly upon your acceptance of the testing phase offer.
