HomeExchange.com is looking for an individual to work with us in a Customer Service capacity; working with our Members answering emails on a daily basis and working closely with other team Members.
Duties would include:
Receiving and answering Member emails in a timely manner
Communicating site issues with our IT department
Creating and/or maintaining documentation
Additional tasks to be determined
You should have experience in customer service and support, emailing, problem solving, and reporting.
You would need to be available on a daily basis to interact with our customers and staff. At this time we are not looking for a team of people or company, we are looking for an individual to work with.
Must have excellent phone skills, communication skills, and writing skills. An outgoing personality is important.
