- Use word processing software to effectively type or edit material such as
correspondence, reports, tables, and forms, from rough draft & corrected copy
- Check completed work for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting
- Compute and verify totals on report forms, requisitions, or bills
- Typing skills at a minimum of 40 wpm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word or other Office productivity programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
