I have a need to create one master form that will be the summation of 50 - 100 individual forms.
I have 50 -100 forms that vary in number of fields. Each form has somewhere between 30 - 200 individual fields.
I need someone to look at each form and record all the fields for that form on an excel spreadsheet. The excel spreadsheet will need to capture several pieces of information about each field from the form. Some examples, but not a complete list are, (database name, form name, mandatory field, and form section).
Some of these fields will repeat on each form. Some examples, but not a complete list are, ("name", "date", "age", and "gender").These fields should only be recorded once but we want to capture all the forms that require the data from that repeated field
