We are a small specialty healthcare finance and claim administration company currently using a cloud-based database system from a 3rd party provider that has significant limitations. We need a system that provides full flexibility and has the following components:
1. Patient information, claim management, and underwriting sections based on fields / information needed
2. Financial / calculating of claims acquired and serviced
3. Diagnostics ordering database that our clients and physician centers can log into and manage
4. Databases for key contacts and roles within the claim administration process: attorneys, physicians, diagnostics, etc.
5. Full reporting suite based on all database segments
6. Output for various printing options
7. Security and user level options
