We need a DC motor speed control to control two 1/2 horse 90V AC/DC Motor. Both motors run at the same speed in parallel.
The input to the speed control will be 120/240 VAC (50/60HZ). The board can have a switch to choose between input or can be switched automatically.
The output needs to be 0-40VDC. The speed control needs to follow an input signal voltage of 0-5VDC provided by an existing control board. This voltage has been optically isolated on the control board.
The Speed control does not need to be able to reverse the motors or brake them.
Currently we use an off the shelf KBIC speed control (data sheets attached) that has functionality that we do not require. It is also cost prohibitive. A shematic of the kbic board can be provided.
