1. Change of accounts payable system. Inform clients about new process. Let them know about our payments terms as where as to where to send invoices. if by post, send to this address, if by email, send to this email address. Also, inform clients to ensure they put the project name on the invoice. Changes to be effective immedietly. also, confirm if any outstanding balance, and how much, invoice number, etc..
2. Change of Accounts Receivable - same as above, inform clients of new change. Inform clients that standard terms are 50% prepayment prior to start of project and 50% on completion net 30. Invform clients of wire transfer details. bank information, etc... Inform clients that bank fees are to be paid by customer, etc..
3. Invoice sending letter - need a letter to send to client with their invoice. basically, letting them know their invoice is attached, payment terms , payment appreciated, bank fees to be borne by client, etc.. .
