Looking for assistance from a lawyer with a demand letter for what I believe is a breach of contract. The contract in question is for an order of window coverings that I placed with a local company and they are trying to substitute the brand name product with a look-alike product from a different company. Company is unwilling to refund the deposit because they already paid for the product that the ordered from the manufacturer. I have an order form that lists the color code and name from the brand name product as well as a picture of the sample we showed the sales person. Furthermore the sales person did not tell the truth about his role in the company and how long the company has been in business.
