We would like to design multiple forms in Quickbooks to create work orders for our company once a proposal has been won. We have 4 business units, therefore we would like 4 different work orders to be available, though some information may be the same. Once a person fills out a work order, then a series of work orders is printed according to the jobs assigned within that work order. Also if contractors are used then Quickbooks will also generate an order for the contractor. At the same time all these work order will generate a need for payment which will later have to be processed once the work orders are turned in as closed.
We have already designed the necessary fields and many of them are already in Quickbooks as part of the customer or vendor information, however we need to make sure that new fields are created.
