We require a custom made application that will enable us to do the following
1. Keep track of all products, sales, orders, customers, suppliers etc (Need to use a database for this)
2. Provide statistical information on the data such as graphs and charts based on different variables (e.g. sales per month, per supplier, products per customer etc)
3. Marketing&Promotions functions like sending group emails to customers/suppliers or potential customers, keeping track of all communication and building a promotional catalogue etc.
These are the 3 basic things. Obv we would need to have user profiles so multiple users can use it etc.
Our budget for this is $300 - $500. It is not huge but there is more work if this is done properly, and possibly a permanent position.
