Duties will include:
- Maintaining my schedule
- Booking appointments
- Creating and sending clients contracts,registration forms, invoices and other items
- Answering client questions via email and phone
- Ensuring that all items are completed on a checklist before I travel to speaking engagements, host an event etc- Inputting data
- Exporting data from one program to another (ex. Constant Contact to LinkedIn)
- Emailing clients for testimonials and other requested items
- Prospecting emails (I will craft, you will personalize)
- Prospecting calls (you will be provided with script and form to fill out)
- Minor affiliate management (I will have someone who is in charge of that)
- Minor social media maintenance (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Other duties to include research projects, updating shared documents and other administrative items, as needed.
