I need someone to create a widget for Mac OS X Dashboard using Dashcode 3.

The widget is fairly simple:

- The canvas of the widget must show an image determined by a web URL in the form of   [obscured]  /images/whatever.png. The user can determine which image the canvas displays by picking from a Pop-up menu. This popup menu is populated from a simple text file on a web server that contains a list of available images in the format Display Name;URL (e.g. My Image;  [obscured]  /images/myimage.png)

- The user must be allowed to add multiple instances of the widget to Dashboard and set each instance to show a different image. Which widget instance displays which image must be remembered across user sessions (logout/restart).

- The widget must resize itself to accommodate the image it displays (plus a couple of pixels of padding at the edges) whenever the user selects an image from the pop-up menu.

- The widget must handle not having an internet connection for loading the text file...
