Objective is to develop schematic and PCB layout of the device described below. ICP Signal conditioner must be in Arduino/Netduino shield compatible form factor, it could be oversized, but directly compatible via connection points. Input signals will be provided by two "IMI Sensors" ICP accelerometers such as 603C01 or 622A01. Excitation voltage for sensors will be provided from separate 18-24VDC source. 12 bit SPI ADC such as MCP3202 to be used to digitize input signals and provide MCU with the data via SPI channel. Galvanic isolation is not necessary unless it will greatly reduce noise level. PCB design to use through hole components. In addition, device will have one SPDT 3-5A electromagnetic relay and two seven segment indicators controllable by MCU/Netduino board. Input terminals for the sensors and output for the relay - screw on terminals.
ECAD system of preference is Labcenter Proteus, but this is not a requirement. Completed work to be provided as ECAD files and Gerber file...
