We are looking for a person with legal writing experience to write a regular series of short articles concerning legal decisions related to economic damage recovery calculations and economic and statistical expert testimony in FLSA, state wage and hour cases, and employment discrimination litigation.
The articles, which will be approximately 2-3 paragraphs in length, will focus on cases and legal decisions that discuss topics such as employment economic damages, unpaid wage calculations, use of statistical evidence, wage data, surveying and sampling in FLSA and wage and hour cases. Articles that discuss employment and wage and hour cases that have relied on economic and statistical expert witness testimony are particularly desirable.
The writer must have documented legal writing experience and legal background. The ideal writer will be an attorney with employment and labor litigation experience and an economics, accounting or finance background and/or training.
