The concept is simple. You have a credit rating, which can help or ruin your chances of getting a loan... You should also have an employment rating, which, if high enough, should help you get a job.
That's what this thing would be, in a perfect scenario.
That, however will take time. To get there, I would like to start with a very simple website. Built around a single page, a visitor would come in, answer a series of questions starting with education and continuing onto employment history, and receive a quick employment score based on an algorithm which assigns points to each answer.
Ivy league school, for example, earns more points. Higher GPA, earns more points. Two decades since graduation, however, decreases the value of education points, putting more emphasis on experience. Were you ever fired? Did you help to increase the net worth of the company? Were you downsized? Did you quit?
