An Excel VBA script is needed to distribute multiple "tasks" among different "workers". One Excel sheet will contain a list of "workers", another sheet will contain a list of "tasks". When the VBA script runs, it will distribute all the tasks to the workers based on the rules described later below.
The workers will have the following fields:
Name - This is the name of the worker. (string)
Active - If this column is checked, they will participate in the task distribution. (yes/no)
Current Tasks - This is a numeric value of the number of tasks they currently own. (numeric value)
Skill Level - This is a numeric value indicating the worker's skill level. (numeric value)
Attribute XXX - This represents a skill attribute. If checked, it indicates the worker has that particular skill. (yes/no)
The tasks will have the following fields:
Name - This is the name of the task. (string)
Assignee - This is whom the task is assigned. The VBA script should populate this field!! (string)
