Successful Financial Services Representative who is involved with Financial Planning with associated sales of Investments and Insurances is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a permanent part-time position in a home office.

Flexible schedule but must be able to work M-F, 9-5 timeframe. 15-20 hours per week. Competitive compensation, however no benefits.

Looking for someone who is able to work effectively as a team with the business owner.

Duties as noted:
Co-ordinate and be responsible for total office functioning smoothly: perform clerical and office duties including typing, record-keeping, file maintenance, mail distribution, answering telephone, drafting emails and letters, filling out applications for preparation for client signatures, keeping prospectuses updated and filed, perform necessary actions to meet compliance regulations and recordkeeping, contact vendors for various information and requests; understand commission payments and follow-up as necessa...
