I am a very busy business owner and executive looking for a virtual assistant. Communication skills are important and honesty/integrity are essential and rewarded.
Must be proficient in both Excel and PowerPoint and be proficient in writing and proofreading.
Responsibilities will include working on presentations, spreadsheets, data mining, updates to websites ( minor). Handling, responding to emails, general concierge work ( appointments, travel planning, telephone follow up) research, general admin assistant.
