design/build an extension to our ms crm onlie product that will allow 80 users to complete enter job sheets, which includes their hours worked and materials bought/used on a job that WERE NOT part of the original quote). The Quote/Bill of materials will already exist in the CRM - we are trying to compare the actual cost of doing a job against our quoted price. - we don't want to be paying for another 80 subscriptions to the crm so that is not an option.
Plus, the extension needs to include the ability for customer/internal employees to log helpdesk calls with hardware (AP's/routers we've sold and installed, or CRM issues). For external requests this uses the crm service functionality to track/and invoice clients for support recieved etc. Feel free to suggest with 3rd party products but supply costs/timescale estimates and examples of previous work that proves you have the necessary experience.
