We are moving our telephone system from a Cisco CallManager to an eZuce openUC (sipXecs) platform. For a period of time we need both systems to be in operation and need to use the CallManager as a gateway for openUC until all our offices are converted. Once the full conversion is completed we will retire the Cisco CallManager and Unity servers.
An initial configuration on openUC and CM was made establishing the gateway. Outbound calls on openUC phones can be made to external telephone numbers, but we are unable to make calls between extensions on the two systems, or receive external calls on openUC phones.
We need a CallManager expert to help us troubleshoot this specific issue and other issues as might arise during the deployment of phones across the network.
