1. The Facebook piece is about how to get their business set up on Facebook. It can be in a step-by-step format. It should cover all the add ons that you can put on a business page (blogs or other design or capabilities features). There are some aspects of the Facebook page that require some programming knowledge so it should address where the business owner can find that assistance (elance?), and how involved that work would be, and how much it might cost.
