eCommerce store grown to the size of needing a dedicated finance manager / book-keeper.
We use a system called Brightpearl which integrates all parts of the business and you would be managing the accounts module - see here for details: [obscured] /support/documentation/accounting
The role involves:
- Process invoices & receipts emailed from suppliers each week
- Reconcile purchase orders with supplier invoices
- Check and process credit notes
- Chase customers for late payements
- Reconcile sales orders with customer invoices
You must take full control of this role and have everything updated once a week for CEO to review current position. Answer any questions and deal with any problems or queries by yourself or speaking to other team members such as buyer and order administrator.
You must be a qualified book keeper / accountant and have good references either through PPH or other means.
