I have error with a Crystal report that I am trying to resolve as soon as possible. It's most likely something to do with the formula being used, but I am new to Crystal Reports.

Initially I had the following;

Sum ({@WKLY_TIQ_Est}, {wcc1.OU_NAME})/Sum ({@WKLY_cnt}, {wcc1.OU_NAME})

This was calculating the average of WKLY_TIQ_Est for each row in a group. However when I scheduled the report I would get a Crystal "division by zero" error.

I have now tried the following formula to check for Null and 0 in the field WKLY_TIQ_Est;

IF IsNull({@WKLY_TIQ_Est}) Then 0 Else IF {@WKLY_TIQ_Est} = 0 Then 0 Else Sum ({@WKLY_TIQ_Est}, {wcc1.OU_NAME})/Sum ({@WKLY_cnt}, {wcc1.OU_NAME})

This is working, however if the first result in the table happens to be a 0 which in some cases it does, the report simply prints out 0.0 - and doesn't seem to calculate any further fields.

Like I said this will probably be a simple/quick one for someone familiar with Crystal, but I am happy to pay d...
