We are using OpenCart to sell downloadable songs. OpenCart is marking all incoming orders as 'cancelled' by default. The customer gets charged and the order goes through but the information does not appear in the customer's order history, and neither does the downloadable product they paid for. I've been having to log into the 'orders' control panel and manually change the status of each order from 'canceled' to 'completed'. We need this fixed so it processes correctly the first time, automatically. What's needed is probably just a very quick adjustment to one of the settings. This should be a quick and easy $20.
