Provide 5 alternative design concepts/options for small, multi-unit development.
* Can build solid walls to side boundaries but windows must provided by way of "lightwell" set in minimum 900mm.
* All beds and bathrooms require ventilation and natural light - via windows and/or skylights
* At rear, building "bulk must be minimised by way of stepping back building at laneway/garage end
* Minimum 8m2 open space to each unit (excluding shopfront dwelling).
* Floorplans only, 3-d perspective not required

Existing building alterations to be as per attached - 1 bed plus shopfront/office lower and 2 bed unit upper; Communal stairwell to service all units; NEW 1x1 + 2x2 bed units at rear - each on own level; Garage space x1 only.
