Our Internet company is looking for a Technical Support assistant who will be responsible for giving as well technical support to our clients as respond to commercial and technical incoming enquiries (email).

Quality checks of the websites
Assist clients with technical issues
High level of spoken and written English and Spanish
Analytical mind and driven to identify and solve problems quickly
Familiar with Linux environment and applications
No previous experience is required, although some IT knowledge or previous experience in technical support would be seen as an advantage.
