I have an asterisk 1.2.27 server using FreePBX 220.127.116.11. We have 2 separate servers located in my office both with static IPs. One is the asterisk server and the other is a database server.
Currently I am getting notification from our voip provider that we are losing phone calls. See the attachment which includes the email I am receiving from the voip provider as well as their response and the link to their site with more details.
So I just need someone to check out our servers and see what the problem might be...then fix the problem. I think it's very minor because we have not had any complaints from callers and we haven't had any issues at all. So these notification from our voip provider regarding loss of calls might be pointing to some internal issue...because, again, we cannot see any problems. The phone rings all day, we make calls all day...with no problems.
